PantheraHive ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information in connection with our platform, services, and third-party integrations (collectively, the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Account information: name, email address, username, and profile data you provide when registering.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, credits consumed, and workflow run history.
- Content you create: videos, scripts, images, documents, and other intellectual property generated through the Service.
- Third-party platform data: OAuth tokens and channel information from connected platforms (YouTube, TikTok, etc.) when you authorize PantheraHive to connect to those accounts.
- Payment information: transaction records, billing history. Full card numbers are processed by our payment provider and are not stored on PantheraHive servers.
- Technical data: IP addresses, device identifiers, browser type, and log data for security, debugging, and analytics purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Service
- Process credit purchases, workflow runs, and IP Export transactions
- Publish your content to connected third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok) when authorized by you
- Send service notifications, account updates, and, with your consent, marketing communications
- Comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
3. Third-Party Platform Integrations
When you connect a third-party platform (such as YouTube or TikTok), you authorize PantheraHive to act on your behalf on that platform, which may include uploading content, reading account metadata, and managing channel settings. We store only the minimum tokens required and you may revoke access at any time from your account settings or directly on the third-party platform.
4. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership
Content generated within the Service is subject to our Terms of Service. You may purchase an IP Export to receive full ownership of generated content for a one-time fee of $5,000.00. See our Terms of Service for full details.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service providers (cloud hosting, payment processors, AI model providers) under confidentiality agreements
- Third-party platforms only as directed by you through integrations (e.g., publishing to YouTube or TikTok)
- Law enforcement when required by applicable law or to protect rights and safety
6. Data Retention
We retain account data for the duration of your account and for up to 90 days after account deletion. OAuth tokens for third-party platforms are deleted upon disconnection. Generated content run history is retained for 12 months unless you request earlier deletion.
7. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest), access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you to use strong passwords and promptly report any suspected security issues to security@pantherahive.com.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or portably export your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact support@pantherahive.com.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
